Agreement to Terms

Welcome to RenuWise, a mobile application owned and operated by VangoTech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RenuWise (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and VangoTech LLC.

1. License Grant

"RenuWise," the RenuWise logo, and other marks used in the App are trademarks of VangoTech LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of VangoTech LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Liability Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANGOTECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Missed passport renewal deadlines
  • Travel disruptions or denied entry
  • Costs of substitute services
  • Damage to reputation

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

11.3 International Users

If you access the App from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at renuwise@vangotech.us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days.

12.2 Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VangoTech LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of VangoTech LLC.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without your consent.

14.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet/telecommunications failures.

14.6 Export Control

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not use the App in any country subject to U.S. trade embargoes or sanctions.

14.7 Government Users

If you are a U.S. government entity, the App is a "commercial item" as defined in 48 C.F.R. §2.101, and you have only the rights granted to non-government users under these Terms.

14.8 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. Only you and VangoTech LLC may enforce these Terms.
